Can I balance on equipment?
This week we are going to be re-capping what balance is and how we can make sure we are doing it correctly. We will be looking at how we create body tension and how we can show this with our balances on and off equipment. We will be combining our balances with our jumps of last week and creating simple sequences in groups.
