Can I perform and evaluate a sequence using equipment?

This week we are  looking into how we can combine all that we have learnt this half of term and put it into a simple sequence. This sequence will consist of four elements, a roll, a balance, a jump and some travel. 

Don't forget our fundamentals of body tension, good posture, control when safely landing and holding a balance for three to five seconds. Good Luck and I can't wait to see them!
