Safeguarding
Safeguarding Statement
Bentley St Paul’s C of E Primary School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The health and safety of all children is paramount.
Parents and carers send their children to this school each day with the expectation that we will provide a secure environment in which their children can flourish. The school will therefore aim to ensure that this expectation becomes reality.
In order to do this, a wide range of measures are put in place through the implementation of safeguarding policies, including the school’s Child Protection Policy, which is in line with Essex County Council’s Child Protection and Safeguarding procedures.
The Designated Safeguarding Lead is Mrs L Putt.
The Deputy Designated Safeguarding Leads are Mrs N Hanlon, Mrs K Sapsford and Miss A Bowley.
