Information Regarding After School Clubs

After School clubs will be charged at a flat rate of £10 per child per club for each term.  This gives your child access to the club for the entire term (between 10 and 14 weeks per term).   Payments will be requested in two parts, £5 per half term.  The payment is non-refundable and will go towards staffing costs, energy and resources for the club.

If a club has to be cancelled due to inclement weather or staff sickness parents will be informed and alternative provision will be made until 4pm. Parents who wish to pick up early with siblings may do so but no refunds will be given.

Children will not be able to attend clubs unless they have been signed up and payment has been made in advance – no drop ins will be allowed.

Club lists will go out before the end of each term for the term ahead and a sign up form will be included.  Payments will then be made available on Eduspot (our payment system).

Breakfast Club

Bentley St Paul’s provides a breakfast club for parents who need to drop their children off early. The Breakfast club runs from 7.45am until 8.40am. Children wishing to have breakfast must arrive by 8.15am. Breakfast Club is available for all children from Reception up to Year 6.

Each morning children will be provided with a selection of cereals and toast. The Club is run by staff at Bentley.

The cost of the breakfast club is £3 per day. There is a limit of 30 spaces available (a waiting list is available where the limit is reached). Places have to be booked in advance and half a term’s notice will be required to cancel the place. Places can be booked for the whole week or for a specific day; where specific days are selected these need to be set and will not be able to be changed week on week.

Payment for the breakfast club will need to be made in advance at the beginning of each half term via the school’s online payment system. Please contact the school office for further information or booking.
