At Bentley St Paul’s, we encourage and support children in achieving their full intellectual, spiritual, physical, social and emotional potential.  In a welcoming and caring community founded upon Christian values, we strive to develop happy, confident, independent and unique children, inspiring them to be life-long learners.  As St Paul says in Romans 8 v28, God wants us all to work together.  His purpose for us is to guide, educate, care and support each other both academically and spiritually and enable children to realise and reach their full potential.  At Bentley we do this with faith, love and trust.  

Our Values

At the heart of our school are the Christian values of Friendship, Forgiveness, Trust, Peace, Wisdom, Responsibility, Respect and Reverence.  These core values are woven through our school life.  As we grow together in Christ, we seek to ensure that our school is safe, caring and inspiring community where all:

• Appreciate the  importance of Christian relationships  based on sensitivity, tolerance, goodwill and peace
• Share and understand all beliefs and ideas, fostering a sense of friendship, forgiveness, responsibility and self-esteem
• Nurture intellectual and spiritual development through awareness, wisdom, reflection and questioning of religious and emotional matters

• Feel valued, respected and fully supported whatever the roles and talents within the school may be

Our core Christian values underpin all aspects of daily life at Bentley and they are woven through our curriculum.  They are distinctly Christian and are reflected throughout our worship.

Each class takes one value as their key focus; these were distributed in such a way that supports the knowledge and understanding of the children within that class.

Throughout their time at Bentley St Paul’s, children will gain a deep understanding of each of the core values and this will support both their Christian faith and them as individuals as they move through their lives.
