Following a Trust wide competition to create a Trust Mascot, the winning design was made for each School. SIMBI  is named after the schools in the Trust,

Shenfield St Mary's, Ingatestone Infants, Mountnessing Primary, Bentley St Paul's and Ingatestone Juniors and he is fabulous.

Simbi is awarded when someone consistently demonstrates uniqueness, showing kindness and respect to others and taking responsibility in all they do. Their actions inspire those around them and reflect the true spirit of our school, trust and community.

When a child is awarded Simbi they get to look after him during Collective Worship for a week and are awarded a Certificate and a Trust Badge to keep.
