As we decided, we are going to be improving our touch typing skills over the next few weeks. I have set Purple Mash typing 2Dos or you can go to Dance Mat online, click on the link below.

Either way, touch typing is an incredibly useful skill to have and will, in the long run, save you so much time. You will only get better if you practice! Little and often is the key to this - if you want to get better quickly it may well be worth you doing 10 to 15 minutes 3 times a day. You really need to force yourself to keep your eyes on the screen and no keep looking down at your fingers and the keyboard. Perhaps cover you hands a keyboard with a tea-towel or scarf if you find yourself constantly tempted to look down.
