Ship Shape is the next part to last week's activity 'Balance Time'. You are going to use what we learnt and our new skills in this activity.
Do you remember how long we hold a balance for? What do we do with our fingers and toes when we are in our balance?
We know that we can use lots of different body parts to create a balance. You will now create 3 difference balances which relate to 3 different themes, and perform them in a sequence just as we did last week. How many sequences can you make?

Test your movement skills which are not only important in gymnastics, but always the way we move in every sport, every area of PE and within our ever day lives. Therefore, we should always be aiming to improve our movement skills.
The challenge is not to stop and link your movements together to create a flow.
