I have found a video clip which explains the difference between a prokaryotic and eukaryotic cell in more depth than the PPT. Read the PPT up to the conclusion slide and then watch the video, you don't need to know all the language, we are just learning about how the two cells are similar and different. 

Your task then is to choose either a fungus or bacterial cell, you could google images and then you make the cell using play dough or salt dough. 

If you wanted to extend your knowledge, you could label the parts inside the cell, the video will help with this.
