Have a look at food labels, they have to tell you about what is in your food.
Can you make a collage of the information from food labels sorting food into what is healthy and what is not healthy based on what is in it? Look for the bit on the label called ‘Nutritional information’ sometimes they have a helpful traffic light system of colours so you can see what’s what!
