Adding 'es' to nouns and verbs ending in '-y'
This week's spelling focus is on the '-y' singular becoming plural and adding 'es' to the word, with the 'y' being changed to an 'i'. Below is an example of some examples we will be looking at:
flies, tries, relies, copies, babies, carries, cries, dries, marries, families
