Last term, we had a lot of fun doing our HIIT sessions in school. I am going to challenge you today with 10 stations. If you would rather challenge yourself with a different exercise, by all means, do change some around.
Start by jogging on the spot for 1 minute to get your blood circulating and your muscles warm.
Then do each exercise for 30 seconds and have 30 seconds rest
1. Star jumps
2. Burpees
3. Sit ups
4. High knees - make sure you get those knees as high up as you can - up to your waist
5. Press ups - make sure you don't bend your back like a banana, you can put your knees down if you need
6. Squats
7. Mountain climbers
8. Goal Keeping jumps - remember Charlie's example
9. Mowgli walks - on all 4's
10. Side lunges
Make sure that at the end you go for a quick jog and do some stretches to help your muscles recover.
