Can I move confidently along a piece of apparatus?

This week we are looking at how we can travel more confidently across a piece of apparatus. We will be looking at travelling forwards, backwards, sideways, on all fours, going over how we can keep safe whilst travelling along a bench. We will be including our balance from last week and a jump from the week before to create a sequence, travel, balance, travel jump.

Not forgetting our posture and body tension as we perform.
