Story Time with Miss R Week 3 W/B 20.04.20
Here is our story folder!
This week, we will read a different traditional tale a day to get us into the swing of things (it also links nicely to our topic!) Each day I will upload a new video into this file so that we can read together lots!
Friday 24th April 2020- Little Red Riding Hood
Today is our last day of traditional tales before we begin our chapter book next week (which is very exciting!) Today's story is Little Red Riding Hood as lots of you have asked for it. Below the story, I have also popped a video of myself reading a diary entry! I wonder if you could figure out WHO wrote it?
Your challenge for today is to write a diary entry based on a character from your favourite traditional tale and tell us their point of view. If could be: the hen from Jack and the Beanstalk, the Evil Stepmother from Hansel and Gretel and many more! There are so many to choose from. You could use this as you basis for your independent write if you would like to. Make sure you check out the "Independent Writing" folder on our class page as there is a video with lots of help for you!
Happy reading.
