The Lonely Robot by Matt Dixon

 

This week our focus will be art. We will be exploring the lonely robot by Matt Dixon.

 

Monday- research the artist and the paintings he creates. Can you write what you like about them and why you like them?

 

Tuesday- Look at the examples of Matt Dixon's lonely robots. Can you practice replicating some of his techniques (colour or paint) in a mood board or on a plain piece of paper. Think about his use of colour and the way he draws the robots. How does he show they are lonely?

 

Thursday- Recreate your favourite lonely robot picture.
