Can I write a diary entry?

For today’s independent write I would like you to write a diary entry pretending you are James from James and the Giant Peach. You can choose any part of the book that we have read so far and write about that specific event. I have written mine based on when James met the insects as this was my favourite part! Below, is a video lesson which goes through our success criteria and gives you some ideas!
Your challenge today is to make sure you write in chronological order (time order) which is mentioned in the video but is on your success criteria for today!
